Return Policy

15 Days from Receipt

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Please also retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@bagalong.net and describe the reason for seeking a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Sale Items

All sale items are final.

Damaged Items

Our BagAlong rings are sturdy and durable, so damage in the shipping process and with proper use is unlikely. However, we understand exceptions may occur.

Please inspect your ring upon receipt and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll make it right!

If your ring becomes damaged despite proper use, you may request a replacement for up to one year after your order was received. In this instance, please send us photos and a description of the damage at sales@bagalong.net. We'll make it right!

Refunds

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
